The issue of getting connected was not available on-line. Customer service was required.

I haven't had my issue resolved nor have I spoken to anyone from your company. I paid for services and I have not received the service I paid for. I don't understand

Its no good
I never received any variation for anything, saying i signed up. Can't find my account, but they can find it to charge me...
Plus good luck understanding anything customer service says.

I can never watch football on ESPN or NBC. Neither channel will play video and sound correctly no matter what is on those channels

Someone used my card without permission, and they charged me $90. You should confirm that the person paying is the cardholder.
I am on disability; this is my livelihood, and I pray you refund me, or I'm going to call my bank and claim fraud because that's what this is.
Anyway, how dare you charge my card $90. Unbelievable.

The payment is too expensive. You receive a lot of channels but you can get more channels on satellite or cable for the price Fubu is charging. I want to cancel my subscription immediately.

I've been trying to cancel since October 2024 with no success. I have never used the service, but I've been billed on auto-pay for about $1,000.
I texted with an 'expert' and thought I was getting somewhere, but then they demanded I fill out a form and pay $5 to talk to a 'computer specialist.' I refuse to give you any more information. I want my account canceled immediately!

Verified ReviewerCan't talk to a flippin live person. Ive tried all afternoon. Plus charged for service I didnt authorize and now they say my email address and password dont match.
Can't login and didn't even know I had Fubo TV but they took 100 dollars out of my account. Now I cant sign in because it says my email address that I apparently sign up for and my password doesnt match any records. Even after going through changing my password I still couldnt sign in so I guess I am just out of 100 dollards.
You dont need any more info. Just call me or gert me a live person. I will not communicate with a computer again.

Moved - need to terminate Fubo TV Svc
I am retired. I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC.
The HOA where I now live provides cable TV in a service pkg to residents. I desire to terminate my FuboTV services billing immediately.

I did a free trial and then I canceled. You guys have tried to run my card at least six times since then.
Could you please remove my info? I no longer use your service.
This is why I don't try new services because you guys tried billing me for something I don't have. I want you to stop trying to run my card.
