Can't login and didn't even know I had Fubo TV but they took 100 dollars out of my account. Now I cant sign in because it says my email address that I apparently sign up for and my password doesnt match any records. Even after going through changing my password I still couldnt sign in so I guess I am just out of 100 dollards.

First off what I was originally told I was paying for the service was a whole lot less than what I’m being charged for now. I addressed that to the customer representative, but nothing was said to me about trying to work with me on the cost of my service. It took me several attempts to get through to the right department at Fubo. Ricardo was very kind and calm, but was unable to help me and was letting me know that I was going to be hearing from a technical support Department which I never heard from. I’ve had my TV interrupted several times throughout my membership for no reason at all. I’ve even contemplated canceling my account at least twice. I don’t want to talk to a virtual robot. I want to talk to someone that genuinely cares and wants to take care of my problem. Ricardo cared, but my problem was not taken care of by anybody from Fubo after speaking with him, I will give this contract a little longer, but if I have another interruption anytime soon like I’ve had lately, I will cancel.
