Difficult to contact

Only options for contact are a chat room with AI responses and not a real person who understands. The only phone number is for an AI response and not a real person who, when you try to do what they recommend then you get disconnected. The AI response cant seem to understand and be able to really help!

I keep getting charged, but yet I can't get a hold of anybody to find out what's going on. When I call Fubo, none of my information is in their computer system. I show no subscriptions that I can cancel on my end through my phone, so what am I supposed to do if I keep getting charged through PayPal?

I can't contact a live agent. Very hard to manage billing. Trying to change the billing date but cannot get anyone live or any option on my account login.

I paid over $60.00 for a subcription to watch the French Tennis open. Customer assistant via chat bot was not helpful.

I cannot stream the tennis game LIVE.

I was advised to spend $5.00 for customer assistance, which I researched and foiund out it is a scam. I need to speak to a PERSON to assist me with this problem [PERSON_NAME],

When I click on fubo all I get is an ad for live sports not fubo home

Nothing got resolved. I still can't get the Fubo home page, just an ad to buy live sports, and it won't let me exit out.

And right at halftime, a weather report segment came on - which minimized the game entirely in the lower left of the screen. THE GAME NEVER RETURNED TO FULL SCREEN. I couldnt even watch the game with this weathermans commentary. They kept menitoning, "the game will be displayed in the lower left" but YOU WILL NOT BE MISSING THIS WEATHER REPORT...

I PAY TO WATCH NBA FINALS AND THEY ALLOWED A WEATHERMAN REPORT TO TAKE OVER THE ENTIRE SECOND HALF OF THE GAME.. NEVER AGAIN!

I’m pretty sure that was your local ABC affiliate as far as the weather. Nothing to do with Fubo. It wouldn’t have mattered what cable, satellite or streaming service you had.

I got stuck with a Just Answer bill and went two days unable to watch tv on my Fubo App.

I cancelled the service 3 days after I got the 30 day free trial because they didn't have the channels I was looking for. Then I was constantly getting charges try to go thru my card .

How come I don’t get Fox News anymore?

I'm trying to resolve an issue with my account. I've had Fox News ever since I've had FUBU.

Now, all of a sudden, it's not on, and it's saying I have to pay more to get it. When I go to my account, the card you have on file I have canceled and put in a new card.

When I try to put in the new card information again, it says it already has it on file. This is very confusing, and I do not know why I lost Fox News or why I should pay more for it when I've had it right along.

If you don’t want to receive a package of news, sports, and entertainment programming from FuboTV, cancel the subscription online by signing up to your account. Choose a “Profile”, then click on the “Settings” icon, select “My Account” from the drop-down menu, go to “Subscription and Billing”, navigate to the bottom, and follow “Cancel Subscription”. If you are prompted to continue the subscription, select “Cancel Subscription” and click “OK”.

Delete the FuboTV My account by canceling the subscription in the same way as we described in the first block of answers. You can also apply to the company’s customer service at the following contact number: 1-844-238-2688 and get detailed instructions on how to delete your account.

You can use FuboTV for 7 days free. At the end of the trial period, the company will automatically convert your trial subscription to a paid one. To find out more details regarding this, apply to the FuboTV customer service team at the following number: 1-844-238-2688.

The FuboTV headquarters is located in New York at the following address: 1290 6th Ave. New York, New York 10104, United States. Use it for personal visits to discuss cooperation or other corporate-related matters with the company’s manager.

You can contact Fubo TV via the official company website in several ways. All communication takes place via the company help center.
