- - The trial was canceled within five days and confirmed by the staff.
- - A follow-up note claimed the trial ended late due to staff error.
They agreed that my free trial subscription had been cancelled soon enough to avoid a month’s fee. They only did this after I had sent them a screenshot of my conversation with their CS rep showing the rep telling me that my cancellation was in time and I would not hear from FUBO again.
Prior to that they had billed me for a month’s subscription accompanied by a false and self-serving account of my conversation with their rep.So, they had lied to earn $27.
Apology or further comment. Cancel the five day free subscription by the fourth day and take a screenshot of the cancellation.
My trial account was canceled within the five day trial. I had a screenshot of your customer service rep confirming that.
Before you knew about the screenshot you sent me a note full if self serving misinformation that made it appear that my ending the trial was not in time due to an error made by your CS rep. I wonder how many other people without screenshots have had to pay $20?

Yes, I was charged after I cancelled my account. I was on the 20-day free trial I got with Fubo TV to watch the NBA finals, and I had my information removed.

Cancel my subscription
A payment was made that I thought was a free trial, which I never even downloaded the app. I was just trying to watch a football game online for free.
I didn't want the full subscription to be making payments or the app taking money from my account.
I just want my money put back. Sorry for the mistake.

It is absolutely ridiculous that a few days into a 90-day bill, which I haven't always got billed 90 days; sometimes it's been 30 days. You won't respond over $300 of my money.
I'll completely not recommend you to every single person. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, and it's a rip-off and your predatory.
So yeah, I'm pissed. You could make it up for me by at least funding half of it.
