I subscribed for a one-week free trial, but as I couldn't find the content I was looking for, I tried to cancel within the week, but they charged me for one month anyway. After I called 184********, which I found in ChatGPT as their site forces you to use the useless chat, I spoke with somebody who apparently logged a request to get a reimbursement. It is not looking good.

Technical difficulties lagging
Switch from Hulu to Fubo now I'm reconsidering just getting rid of the service. You guys are horrible.
This is the most laggy network I have ever encountered. I can't even watch the Final Four in peace. We have high-speed internet from CenturyLink; my wife works from home, so we have excellent internet.
It is your damn service that is worthless. I need some compensation, or I will be discontinuing my service with Fubo.

Nothing has happened and I haven't been refunded. I canceled my subscription and was still charged.
I talked to someone on the phone and it was supposed to be taken care of and it hasn't been.
I also was supposed to receive a email from them and haven't received that either. I would of never signed up for this is id know ahead of time how bad it is.

Cancel subscription
Tried to cancel in November, was under the impression it was cancelled, was still charged $100 for the next few months. February, I successfully cancelled, received an email confirming.
Was still charged for feb, march, and April. Finally got in contact with customer service and will only be refunded for 1 month. In 7-10 business days.
Ive never had a worse consumer experience. Will be contacting my bank for fraudulent measures.

It's not a stuff that you got my money back
I did a 7-day trial, and I canceled the subscription before the 7 days were up, and they still took $100 off my account.
- It offers a lot of different shows on different programs and stuff like that so i have to look at

They are still charging me into the weekend over and over again with a canceled account!
Fubo just charged my credit card again $94.98 for the 4th time in 3 days! I called Fubo to delete my account completely three days ago after the free trial was cancelled twice!
But they keep opening it up and recharging me.
It's already at $400 for a $94.98 monthly service if you don't stop the free trial. It doesn't make any sense!

Resolved: Operating system has less features to navigate thru viewing. No Turner broadcasting channels.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I streamed another app that included TNT and TBS channels that Fubo does not carry.
Not having TNT and TBS is a giant hole in the sports viewing. I had Direct TV, YouTube TV recently and find this as *** in the sports viewer interest.

False charges
I continue to be charged when I cancelled my account a month ago. It continues to charge me almost each week now. My credit card continues to be charged without my consent and FUBOTV keeps renewing my subscription without my consent

If you don’t want to receive a package of news, sports, and entertainment programming from FuboTV, cancel the subscription online by signing up to your account. Choose a “Profile”, then click on the “Settings” icon, select “My Account” from the drop-down menu, go to “Subscription and Billing”, navigate to the bottom, and follow “Cancel Subscription”. If you are prompted to continue the subscription, select “Cancel Subscription” and click “OK”.
Delete the FuboTV My account by canceling the subscription in the same way as we described in the first block of answers. You can also apply to the company’s customer service at the following contact number: 1-844-238-2688 and get detailed instructions on how to delete your account.

Yeah they've done the same thing to me,I called and canceled after being charged $102.97 and the following month charged me again $102.97 I then spoke with a so called team member who assured me I would be refunded with in 7-10 business days ,still have not received it,total BS !
