Horrible customer service & NBC channels gone
No longer has any of the NBC channels, including Golf Channel, CNBC, and NBC Sports Boston as of Nov 21, but still won't let me cancel service because they bill me for 3 months at a time. Customer service said can't refund any money because I was in the 1st month of prepayment.
What?? Fubo decided to cancel NBC Universal, not me. Now I'm stuck without the channels I want until Jan 31st. I would think if Fubo changes the channel lineup, I should be able to cancel.
Can't speak to anyone at customer service. Get an AI-generated 'F off' email in response.

I had a frre trial for30 days and now I am getting nothing and I would like to know why? I dont appreciate it very much.
Ijust started this the day before yesterday and now I find out that my free trail is being cut off and I want to know why?
This is not fair to me. Why should I have to suffer or be highly mad because I will and I would like to a manager in regards to this situation.

Canceled the subscription in a still took my money
Good morning everyone I literally tried fubo because I was directed to it via my company that I work for tried it out did not want it after the trial period I canceled this because I can't afford $120 anything that's not a bill as far as electric or gas or heat or eat or water and literally still had money taken out of my account while my account was locked please help me understand how that's even allowed for you to take something out of my account and it is locked I want my money back and then not to be able to get anybody on the phone until 10:00 a.m. is ridiculous

It's easy. You failed in your primary responsibility to your customers.

Poor Customer Service
Not being able to speak with a live person caused me to have horrible service. If Fubo TV was only on this circumstance, I would not use Fubo TV ever.
Alabama football on 11/22/25, and I could not find this game. I tried to call Fubo, and while a number was dialed, AI answered my call. I wanted to speak with a human, but I got AI instead. Not only could AI not answer my needs, but the information provided to me was less than helpful.
I would say the information provided would upset anyone looking for help. I received nothing helpful. It was a waste of my time thinking the money I spend each month is a huge overpayment. A friend suggested I use Sling.
In two minutes, I was watching my game, and it was vastly more affordable. Thank you, Sling, for being there.
I am not happy with Fubo since they were not there for me. Sad.

Preferred solution: A way to reach a live person who can answer and handle a situation. My time is more valuable than the people in charge of not having real people answer customer service calls.
User's recommendation: Don't look for Fubo for customer service. If the service you get for your television shows is good, that is as good as it gets. Customer Service is not included in your payments. AI is though. Beware, AI is only as good as the programmer. Good luck.
That game was only available on ESPN +(unlimited). It was on ESPN’s streaming only.
If your Fubo plan included ESPN +/Unlimited, you needed to activate it through Fubo account set-up. That game was NOT on a traditional live-tv channel.

Fubo bait and switch
I recently switched to Fubo from YouTube TV since Disney, hence ESPN, pulled away from them. I got Fubo's sports plan, which showed that it provided both ESPN and ABC.
This past weekend, the game I wanted to watch (and the sole reason I got the service) was on ABC.
But alas, Fubo blocked it, saying I needed to upgrade and pay $60 more per month to view this game. I'm sure there is some fine print somewhere that says they can block any game they want, but I think that is pretty bad to say they cover a certain network but then do a bait and switch!
Preferred solution: I would like them to be honest in there dealings.

False advertising
We do not get NBC and have not seen many shows we were suppose to watch live and record as we have in the past. We were told by a Fubo employee to purchase Peacock if we wanted NBC but Fubo would not purchase for us.
This is an additional cost to us we do not intend to purchase. We pay for Fubo and they have failed us without remorse.

Subscription charge on my credit card
I signed up for a subscription that was supposed to cost 84.99 a month. My credit card was charged $110.
This is very deceptive pricing.
I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will pay the 84.99, but I am not paying 110!
